Objective 

Our College has instituted a Grievance Redressal Committee. This committee aims at solving the grievances of the students, staffs, and parents up to their satisfaction to ensure helalthy atmosophere between the students, staff and parents.  

The Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted for the redressal of the problems reported by the students of the College with the aim and objective of  keeping the self-esteem of the College by ensuring strife free atmosphere in the college through encouraging cordial Student teacher relationship and Student-Student relationship etc.  

It encourages the students to express their problems / grievances frankly and freely and without any fear of being victimized. 

Rules 

 
1) The students should file their grievances either in writing on paper to the committee or online through the website of the college.  

2) The student/staff shall bring up his grievance in a prescribed format immediately to the Grievance Cell without fail. 

3) The committee will meet  at least once in a month to resolve grievances. 

4) The Committee will give its recommendations to the authority for addressing alleged grievances. 

5) The number of grievances settled or pending will be reported to the Principal every month. 

Procedure 

1) A complaint box is provided in the college for the students and in the staff room for the staff members. 
2) All grievances referred to the Grievance Redressal Committee shall be entered in a Register. 
3) All complaints will be resolved within a stipulated time. 
4) The complainant will be informed about the result. 
5) If the complainant is not satisfied with the result, he/she may report the matter to the Principal.
