Student development theory provides higher education administrators with invaluable insights about college students and improves their ability to support those struggling to transition into college life, academically and socially.

It provides students with a chance to develop the attitudes and skills that give them courage, the ability to work with others and a better understanding of themselves and the world around  them. It is during college years that a person gets to understand his identity, role and dreams.

Student Development Services refers to the services and the programs designed for the exploration, enhancement and development of the student’s full potential for personal development, leadership and social responsibility through various institutional and /or student- initiated activities.

The committee members are

 The Student Development Cell in our college promotes and co-ordinates different student activities as per the direction of Savitribai Phule Pune University. One of these important activities is the Earn and Learn Scheme.
